In the financial year ending 2015 we can say this year Presidence has increased a 76% its business volume. Taking these statistics in consideration there is space for optimism and more objective opinions about the real estate market evolution. Specifically, as it is our speciality, we would like to give you future forecasts related to Madrid and the luxury house market.

After the decline in the real estate sector a few years ago, when the prices tumbled down 40% because of the crises, in the fiscal year 2014 we could start to notice a light improvement. But this year has definitely been the moment when the house market has experienced a greater boost. The reason why this happened was the return of the national and international demand. These changes have set Madrid as part of the places with the higher real estate investment worldwide.

The return of the credit, the arrival of new opportunities and the professionalization of our sector have clearly contributed to accelerating this growth. It has definitely marked a positive tendency which will be consolidated in the next few years, at least if the political situation allows it.

During the last years Presidence has been operating in the housing market with one main priority: offering a quality service and a specialized advice to our clients.
